Industrial Lubricants

Industrial oil contains a wide range of products that are dependent on the application, they have different chemical and physical properties.

It is said that industrial oil includes all lubricant groups , including gases ( mainly is air and carbon dioxide , nitrogen appears to be in the future as a specific gas lubricating oil) , various fluids ( mineral oils , vegetable oils and animal fatty acid derivatives oils, , synthetic oils , water-based fluids , etc. ) greases (simple soap grease, complex soap grease ,pigment grease , minerals, polymers and other materials ) and the solid lubricant oil. The last item includes organic compounds (such as molybdenum disulfide , boron nitride , tungsten disulfide , and many other chemical compounds and more materials ) compounds and solid minerals (such as phthalocyanine and poly tetra fluoro ethylene ) , chemical conversion coating material and soft materials.
In addition industrial oil creates use of additives in action includes all known groups of additives used in other types of lubricants . In addition, various additives that are specific for industrial water- based fluids, especially for industrial lubricants, such as glycerol esters and other ester types are compatible with the environment, have been developed.
Industrial oils are produced according to their application in industry. Variety of industrial applications including lubrication equipment, protection devices, power transfer, heat transfer, heat treatment, cutting, turning and … . Each of the topics have been discussed separately.
